A complex or surgical extraction is needed when:

During a minor surgical extraction, Dr. Vivek Giddani carefully lifts gum tissue, removes any obstructing bone if necessary. He then extracts the problem tooth using specialist techniques, ensuring maximum comfort and minimal healing time.
